It is with mixed emotions that we have now permanently closed our Carling restaurant. We already miss our customers and thank you for the 16 years you visited us.

We will be re-opening our Pookie Rolls food truck in the spring and hope to see you at various farmer markets in the Ottawa area. You can also follow our main Facebook page for news on future projects!
