Pookie's Salad Dressing
Pookie's Dipping Sauce
Dipping sauces are fun. You can use with spring-rolls, prawn toast and all types of vegetables.
You can also alter the taste of the dipping sauce. The Chefs show you how to do this by adding chopped cucumbers, ground peanuts, etc.
Sweet and Sour Fish
You can combine sauces to bring out interesting flavours. Here Chef Tuan mixes Pad Thai Sauce and Pookie's Dipping Sauce to make a sweet and sour fish stir-fry.

Pad Thai Sauce
Pad Thai is easy to make! Watch the video below and you can do it too. What you need is:
- Vegetable oil
- Shrimp, Chicken, Beef or Tofu
- Rice noodles (soaked for 30 minutes or more)
- Bean Sprouts
- Green Onions (chopped)
